My practice is based on offering a warm, supportive, confidential environment where I can support your exploration into the issues you are facing. The process of talking through a problem with a trained, caring professional is healing and comforting. My office in Madison Park is a place where I will provide undivided attention to you. I help you see your experiences in a new light, and guide and challenge you as you try to make sense of what is troubling you. Regular feedback by me and attention to the goals you have for therapy will be an on going part of our sessions.

All of the planning and decisions it takes to get there can seem so great when you are trying to make your dreams a reality.
