How to schedule an appointment

A good therapy relationship is based on consistency which is why I like to schedule weekly appointments at my office in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle. Meeting weekly means that we develop a bond that is the basis for good work. I will learn what is important to you and you will learn to feel comfortable with me. 

 While I have done scheduled home based sessions, the privacy of my office can be a place for you to come and work on your issues without distraction. Of course, I am open to working within your schedule to make appointments convenient for you.

I charge $100 for each one hour session. Sliding scale appointments are available; please mention your interest in this when you call. Currently, I am paneled with Aetna, Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise of Washington and LifeSynch by Humana, but much of my work is paid by the individual client. I can also bill your insurance as an out of network provider.
